A medium-bodied Ayurvedic Chai. This brew is a naturally decaffeinated version of our Kathmandu Cosmos tea. This herbal blend is delicately balanced with aromatic spices, such as ginger and cardamom, and has pronounced sweet citrus flavor notes of orange peel and lemongrass.

Use approximately 2 grams of tea per 8.5 fl. oz. of water at 206º F, steep for 5 minutes

This decaf chai tea does not actually include any tea. All of the herbs and spices used are produced in Nepal and in our own farm by our local farmers.
With the growing popularity of our two masala chai versions, Nepali Breakfast and Kathmandu Cosmos, we got a lot of requests from our customers to create a caffeine free chai tea and here we are with our newest product, a Nepal decaf chai tea.

This would be an ideal blend to wind down in the evening without worrying about losing sleep. You can always add your favorite loose leaf black tea to this blend to create your very own special blend.
